4. User Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your images for the sole purpose of providing the face swap service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You must have proper consent from all individuals whose faces appear in the images you process. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload.

6. Credits and Payments

Credits are non-refundable unless required by law. Unused credits expire based on your plan terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
